Available as an exclusive physical pre-order item in the UK, with more details to be announced in due course, it depicts protagonist Hinako, seemingly with her face peeled off. We caught a glimpse of this in the release’s recent reveal trailer.

Konami says the art has been created by Japanese artist kera, who’s worked on the freakish monster designs in the game.
