Forza Horizon 5… on the PS5. It still feels strange to write that, but we now live in a much different time when it comes to platform exclusivity.

The latest Xbox-branded release to make the jump to Sony’s system, Forza Horizon 5 was met with roaringly positive reviews back when it first launched in 2021, and the racing title’s only gotten better through a stream of updates ever since.

PS5 players may have had to wait a handful of years to get their hands on it, but you can quite easily argue that they’re getting the very best version of a top tier racer. Of course, back in 2021 no one would have bet on Forza Horizon 5 coming to PlayStation in the first place — but you get where we’re coming from.

“Forza Horizon 5 might be a few years old, but its vast amount of activities, robust feature set, and superb driving model mean it’s still out in front,” is what we wrote in our full Forza Horizon 5 PS5 review.
