A wave of Summer Game Fest 2025 livestreams have taken place today, bringing so much news and fresh information it’s been difficult to keep up. Two announcements that have stuck out, though, are the reveals of new horror games out of publisher Blumhouse Games.

As part of the summer gaming season, it’s revealed Sleep Awake and Crisol: Theatre of Idols. Both are coming to PS5, with the former out in 2026 and the latter coming later this year. Catch both reveal trailers below.

In the last known city on Earth, people are disappearing in their sleep. Those who remain exist in a crisis of reckless experiments to keep awake. You must navigate depraved death cults, otherworldly forces, and the ever-present horror of The HUSH, to save yourself and those who rely upon you.

Crisol: Theater of Idols is a first-person horror/action game set in Hispania, a twisted version of Spain. Play as Gabriel, a soldier who uses blood as both weapon and lifeline. Explore the cursed island of Tormentosa, uncover dark secrets, and battle horrifying enemies. Will you survive? Crisol is developed by Vermila Studios and published by Blumhouse Games.
