Shuhei Yoshida has officially left Sony after an awesome 31-year career with the company, and while he hasn’t retired from games entirely, he’s enjoying his new-found freedom. Recently, we’ve heard him speaking candidly on a slew of different podcasts.

And in an interview with Japanese publication Gamer.ne.jp, he revealed that now he has a bit more autonomy, he’d appreciate an invite to Nintendo’s headquarters in Kyoto.

“I’ve never been,” he exclaimed. “I’d love to visit someday!”

Yoshida went on to explain that, while running PlayStation’s indie initiative, he had a great relationship with Yusuke Soejima, who has a similar role at Nintendo.
