One of the greatest things about Palpatine is the fact that he has appeared in each of the trilogy’s and in each one he is a different force to be reckoned with.

In the prequel trilogy, he has not yet shown the full evil in his heart and portrays a politician and Sith Lord that eventually turns Anakin Skywalker away from the Jedi Knights and eventually turned Anakin into Darth Vader.

In the original trilogy, Palpatine shows himself as the Emperor of the Galactic Empire and Darth Vader’s master. Finally, in the final trilogy, he shows himself as the puppetmaster of Snoke and the real leader of the First Order.
