Sony’s annual Days of Play sales promotion is set to begin next week on 28th May, according to the ever-reliable leaker Billbil-Kun. In a fresh article on Dealabs, they state the discounts on offer will be live for two weeks, and are temporarily lowering the price of PS5 consoles, games, accessories, and PS Plus memberships. These even includes the PS5 Pro.

The leaker claims the upgraded PS5 Pro machine will be €50 cheaper across Europe, and as long as this same discount carries over to the UK and USA, the console should be £650 / $650 for the duration of the sale. The base PS5 is also set to go on sale, with a £100 / €100 / $100 discount on both the standard system with a disc drive and the Digital Edition.

Elsewhere, it’s suggested PS Plus subscriptions will be up to 30 per cent cheaper, the PSVR2 will go on sale, and PS5 DualSense controllers will also be on offer. Accompanying all these offers will be the usual PS Store sale, and the PS Plus Essential games for June 2025 will also be confirmed next week, so there could be some synergy there.
