We’re in the thrust of a heatwave here in the UK, so there’s never been a better opportunity to shield yourself from the scorching sun and enjoy some good ol’ video games. Here’s what we’re playing this weekend.

For my multiplayer kicks I’m diving back into GTA Online and its Money Fronts update. When my friends aren’t available I’m going to be trying to get into Mass Effect for the third time. Wish me luck!

June 16th was the 10th anniversary of my favourite ever E3 PlayStation conference, so I’ll rewatch Push Square’s ‘PlayStation: E3 2015 Full Conference‘ on YouTube, and decide which of the dramatic three announcements I want to replay out of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Shenmue III, and The Last Guardian. Clambering up a giant creature’s feathers and fur should scratch that E3 2015 itch. Tr-Ree-Koh!

In preparation for my trip back to the beach, I’m revisiting the directors cut of Death Stranding. Finishing off any unfinished side tasks and actually contributing towards the building of a bridge for the first time in my entire playthrough.

With my work duties for a certain upcoming video game complete, I’m going to take a break this weekend and start Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
