If copyright content is found, your reels will be held for 1 hour to allow you to correct any issues before your reel is shown to others.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Meta also notes that if you don\u2019t turn this on, your Reel will still be copyright checked after publication, and \u201cyou may be subject to rights holders\u2019 actions if a match is found.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>So waiting an hour for a check probably makes more sense.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>The functionality itself isn\u2019t new, as Meta also has a copyright check option <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/help\/174681068731348\" style=\"color:blue\">available within its Business Suite tools<\/a>, which you can also use to scan your posts ahead of publishing.
