And, whisper it, does anyone even <em>care<\/em> anymore?<\/p>\n<p>Of course they do \u2013 while it didn\u2019t turn out to be the Skyrim-sized success Bethesda was perhaps hoping for, it\u2019s still a generally well-liked game. We\u2019re sure it\u2019ll still comfortably find an audience on PlayStation.<\/p>\n<p>But it looks like you may have to wait until <em>next<\/em> year at this point.<\/p>\n<p>While it doesn\u2019t share any specific sources, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mp1st.com\/news\/starfield-ps5-release-planned-for-2026\">MP1st<\/a> reports that weak sales of the game\u2019s first expansion <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.purexbox.com\/games\/xbox-series-x\/starfield_shattered_space\" class=\"external\">Shattered Space<\/a> \u2013 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.metacritic.com\/game\/starfield-shattered-space\/\">which has an alarming 62 rating on Metacritic<\/a> \u2013 spooked the publisher, and it\u2019s waiting for the game\u2019s next DLC before porting the RPG to Sony\u2019s system.
