Send them your thanks. We were all in support of course,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>A follow-up question then asks Jorjani if he ever expected Sony to allow for an Xbox version, to which he responded: &#8220;I think it\u2019s one of the coolest things they&#8217;ve done. Of course, I know their games are profitable &#8211; but it might be argued that money might get a better ROI (and pay-back time on the game dev investment) elsewhere. Or at least, focus only on games with a huge return (which seems to be happening). I do think with Totoki-san in the big chair, we know that there will be a greater focus on profit, not just revenue. In that case, porting to XB is a natural extension from a purely short-term financial perspective.<\/p>\n<p>For MS &#8211; I see them going fully into the publisher+subscription+branded PC market; it&#8217;s a clear strategy (which admittedly could change any day). For Sony, it&#8217;s less clear to see what their strategy moving forward is. Ps1 to OGXbox, to Xbox 360, to PS4, Then Series X.<\/p>\n<p>I just went with what seemed best tbh.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoy Xbox exclusives more, but not a whole lot.<\/p>\n<p>What I&#8217;m getting at it this. Lots of people<\/p>\n<p>A. Don&#8217;t care, and&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>B. Just want something that&#8217;s easier than PC.<\/p>\n<p>If PC wasn&#8217;t so easy now a days, I&#8217;d probably go back to PS.<\/p>\n<p>The only thing I see &#8220;killing&#8221; PS, is if more people realize how easy PC gaming has become.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not some hour long session per game, just to get the settings right.<\/p>\n<p>Most games read your PC specs, and do it for you.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia, AMD, both have it built into their software. Legit, one click, and done.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s what going to end PS.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;ll still sell fine.<\/p>\n<p>Xbox being a challenger, kept the PC off of most people&#8217;s minds.<\/p>\n<p>Now though.<\/p>\n<p>I can get the Xbox back catalogue, steam, epic. Practically every game ever, so yeah I stay with PC. And pop in here for some random news.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not a lack of exclusives.
