How time flies.<\/p>\n<p>This was the machine that changed everything, transforming the video game landscape forever. <strong>Push Square<\/strong> wouldn&#8217;t exist without it, and for our money, it remains one of the greatest consoles ever made.<\/p>\n<p>We could go ahead and list classic PS1 games just to stoke everyone&#8217;s nostalgia, but honestly, we&#8217;d be here all day. The system&#8217;s library is utterly <em>stuffed<\/em> with legendary titles \u2014 many of which are still referenced as direct inspirations for modern releases.<\/p>\n<div class=\"for-mobile insert you can probably tell, we could sit here and gush about the PS1 for hours, days, possibly even weeks, but let&#8217;s get down to the point of this article: we want to know if <em>you<\/em> were there Took many trips to Electronics Boutique before release to pay down my preorder. Really felt like it was leaps and bounds ahead of any other home console. Used to bring it to parties and show off Ridge Racer. Eventually modded it to play imports.
