But there&#8217;s also no getting away from the fact that this is a <em>blockbuster<\/em> series, always racking up huge sales figures with each instalment.<\/p>\n<p>And we assume that&#8217;ll also be the case with the newly released Borderlands 4. The looter shooter <em>seems<\/em> to have gone down pretty well with players over its first weekend on the market \u2014 although reviews have been a little hit and miss.<\/p>\n<p>To be fair, though, those reviews have been limited to the PC version of the game thus far, thanks to the fact that console review code was only made available at launch. &#8211; love the humour of this franchise but can&#8217;t stand the gameplay of any except BL3.<\/p>\n<p>Got most of the way through BL2 purely bevause of the writing but gave it up because I just wasn&#8217;t having any fun actually playing it &#8211; and I&#8217;m a big FPS fan.
