It was cancelled, along with another Game as a Service from Days Gone team Bend Studio, but now some of the developer&#8217;s work has surfaced online.<\/p>\n<p>Via a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mp1st.com\/news\/report-first-look-at-cancelled-god-of-war-multiplayer-game-unveiled\">MP1ST<\/a> report, a series of environmental screenshots have been made public, and they reveal the cancelled game would have marked a return to the franchise&#8217;s original Greek setting. We also get glimpses of various assets that would have littered the areas of the game, like pots, as well as a location that could seemingly change its appearance.<\/p>\n<div class=\"for-mobile insert insert-label\">\n<div id=\"inject-primis-player\" data-src-primis=\"https:\/\/live.primis.tech\/live\/liveView.php?s=117168&amp;vp_content=plembed39b4tigwxqjz&amp;cbuster=%%CACHEBUSTER%%&amp;playerApiId=primis_player_float&amp;schain=1.0,1!ziffdavis.com,22392450815,1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In one image, a place supposedly called Hades&#8217; Armory would look different when in a &#8220;cursed&#8221; state. The outlet reports all these environments are quite wide and open, owing to the fact they&#8217;d need to accommodate multiple players.
