autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Abu Dhabi\u2019s iconic Yas Marina circuit is coming to Gran Turismo 7 as part of its free Spec 3 update next month, where it\u2019s sure to dazzle in Polyphony Digital\u2019s hands.<\/p>\n<p>But the return of a fan favourite vehicle teased in an all-new trailer is what\u2019s got fans talking: the ludicrous <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Renault_Espace#Espace_F1\">Renault Espace F1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The car previously built a fan base in 1999, when it was included in Gran Turismo 2. One of the Gran Turismo 2 legends is back, baby!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s quite amusing to see such an outpouring of love for such an oddball car.<\/p>\n<p>First shown off in the mid-90s, the vehicle looks like a Renault Espace from the outside, but has F1 components, allowing it to hit top speeds of up to 312km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>The car\u2019s inclusion, and fan\u2019s reaction to it, shows off the unique kind of fanbase Gran Turismo has cultivated over the years.<\/p>\n<p>This is a series just as much about car culture as it is racing, and the fact that the Renault Espace F1 has got a better At that point in the series there were 2 games per generation. Polyphony focused on a new game engine and physics for the first one and for the second took that and added loads more cars and races.
