It<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"body body-text article-text\">\n<section class=\"text\">\n<figure class=\"picture\" data-uuid=\"acfd3e0dcc5ec\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Dispatch Season 2\" href=\"https:\/\/images.pushsquare.com\/acfd3e0dcc5ec\/dispatch-season-2.large.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.pushsquare.com\/acfd3e0dcc5ec\/dispatch-season-2.900x.jpg\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" alt=\"Dispatch Season 2\"><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>Given just how popular Dispatch has turned out to be, we would have bet on a seemingly inevitable Season 2 being announced in the not-too-distant future.<\/p>\n<p>But apparently, developer AdHoc Studio hasn&#8217;t actually thought that far ahead. <em>Yet<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the most recent <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=aPqU5hSVA78\">Friends Per Second<\/a> podcast, studio co-founders Nick Herman and Pierre Shorette admit that they&#8217;re &#8220;going to have to at least think about Season 2 now&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Shorette goes as far to say that the whole topic was a &#8220;question mark three weeks ago&#8221;, back before Dispatch had released \u2014 but things have obviously changed a lot since then.<\/p>\n<div class=\"for-mobile insert insert-label\">\n<div id=\"inject-primis-player\" data-src-primis=\"https:\/\/live.primis.tech\/live\/liveView.php?s=117168&amp;vp_content=plembed39b4tigwxqjz&amp;cbuster=%%CACHEBUSTER%%&amp;playerApiId=primis_player_float&amp;schain=1.0,1!ziffdavis.com,22392450815,1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The first season of Dispatch comes to an end in just a couple of days. The last two episodes, Episode 7 and Episode 8, launch on Wednesday the 12th November.<\/p>\n<p>But hold on, what&#8217;s AdHoc even working on post-Dispatch? Well, the developer&#8217;s got another project in the oven right now. It&#8217;s a collaboration with Critical Role \u2014 the super popular tabletop group that helped produce Dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>It sounds like this second project is still fairly early in terms of production, so it could actually be quite some time until we hear about a potential follow-up to Dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>Are you enjoying Dispatch?
