Which, technically, is the case for all platforms anyway, but the specifics here are important, and in my opinion, are a pretty big overreach, which devalues the whole offering.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>So first, as we reported last month, if you cancel your X Premium subscription, you\u2019ll lose access to your acquired handle. So you stop paying, you don\u2019t get your preferred username anymore.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>That\u2019s a bit rich in itself, but okay, anyone who\u2019s paying for a handle is likely a very dedicated X user anyway, so maybe this isn\u2019t a major red flag? I mean, I wouldn\u2019t be paying tens of thousands to \u201cbuy\u201d a handle that I could lose for this reason, but for others\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>But there\u2019s more.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><em><span><span><span><span>\u201cOnce your handle is transferred, you must ensure you continue to meet the below criteria:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><em><span><span><span><span>Create content regularly.
