Some things simply never change, it seems.<\/p>\n<p>These are the top five most played PlayStation games (across both PS5 <em>and<\/em> PS4) in the US for 2025:<\/p>\n<div class=\"for-mobile insert insert-label\">\n<div id=\"inject-primis-player\" data-src-primis=\"https:\/\/live.primis.tech\/live\/liveView.php?s=117168&amp;vp_content=plembed39b4tigwxqjz&amp;cbuster=%%CACHEBUSTER%%&amp;playerApiId=primis_player_float&amp;schain=1.0,1!ziffdavis.com,22392450815,1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Fortnite<\/li>\n<li>Call of Duty<\/li>\n<li>Grand Theft Auto 5<\/li>\n<li>Roblox<\/li>\n<li>Minecraft<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Yep, it&#8217;s them again. Fortnite&#8217;s eternal appeal comes as no surprise whatsoever, and the same goes for Roblox and Minecraft, which continue to engross so many younger gamers.<\/p>\n<p>Grand Theft Auto 5, meanwhile, still stands as an unprecedented juggernaut. It&#8217;s going to be mad seeing Grand Theft Auto 6 sitting next to it this time next year (assuming the sequel isn&#8217;t delayed again).<\/p>\n<p>Call of Duty is maybe the only game on this list that you stop to question. It&#8217;s been widely reported that Black Ops 7 struggled in terms of sales \u2014 at least by Call of Duty standards \u2014 but that clearly wasn&#8217;t enough to drag the property&#8217;s overall popularity down.
