Though, Microsoft is aware of the inconsistencies in its PS5 ports and is actually looking to improve on things.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gamesradar.com\/games\/were-going-to-try-and-be-more-consistent-with-what-we-do-the-head-of-xbox-game-studios-on-the-developer-direct-reveals-multiplatform-strategy-and-hard-lessons-learned-from-2025\/\">GamesRadar<\/a>, Xbox Game Studios head Craig Duncan said: &#8220;Sometimes we are inconsistent. You see some games in one place, some games in multiple places. Just know that we&#8217;re going to work on that, and we&#8217;re going to try and be more consistent with what we do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"for-mobile insert insert-label\">\n<div id=\"inject-primis-player\" data-src-primis=\"https:\/\/live.primis.tech\/live\/liveView.php?s=117168&amp;vp_content=plembed39b4tigwxqjz&amp;cbuster=%%CACHEBUSTER%%&amp;playerApiId=primis_player_float&amp;schain=1.0,1!ziffdavis.com,22392450815,1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The comment came as part of a wider question asking why Fable and the new Double Fine game Kiln are launching day one on PS5, but Forza Horizon 6 is delayed. Duncan explained that it&#8217;s all about adapting your current development plan to changing strategies and targets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When a strategy changes, maybe you&#8217;ve got a plan that exists with a game and maybe you can adopt that, maybe you can&#8217;t.&#8221; It appears that at the time the decision was made to put Forza Horizon 6 on PS5, the studio wasn&#8217;t in a position where it could deliver that port on the same day as Xbox Series X|S and PC.
