becoming a popular publisher tactic, Sony will let you play Housemarque\u2019s new roguelite a full 48 hours before its \u201cofficial\u201d release date on 30th April if you buy its more expensive option.<\/p>\n<p>The game costs $69.99\/\u00a369.99 normally, so to get the advanced access you\u2019ll need to stump up $79.99\/\u00a379.99.<\/p>\n<p>To be fair, the more expensive option also Less for the Early Access and more for the costumes. One of my regrets is not getting the black astra suit for Returnal.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the Early access trend. I hate it. I hate that I fell for it with DS2 last year but at the same time when streamers, twitter users and algorithms go out of their way to put spoilers two days suddenly feels like eternity.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing I will say, I respect that Sony review embargoes release early.
